A little history…
Oaktree opened it’s doors officially in 2010, but we have been around for a lot longer than that.
Oaktree was founded by Kelly Baker who first started designing websites in 1998 and began her freelance career as she started her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph in 2000. After graduating, she attended Humber College’s Web Design program in the summer of 2004 and been working full time at a number of companies since then, while continuing her part-time freelance work. In 2010, Kelly enrolled at the Savannah College of Art and Design to work towards her Masters degree in Interactive Design and Game Development through their e-learning program. Kelly’s breadth of experience and continuing learning has helped her to become a sought-after front end designer and developer. She is currently working with a number of companies as a contract freelancer which enables her to work on everything from website maintenance to software design. Aaron Dale joined Oaktree in March, 2011 to help reach new clients and expand our roots. Armed with a love of technology, an eagerness to learn about the ways of the web, and a huge social network, Aaron adds a friendly face to the Oaktree team.
